Gardens, Community, & Shining a Light in Dark Days

FOR ALL SISTERS, TEMPLE MEMBERS & FRIENDS

YOU CAN'T MISS THIS ONE! WE ARE DELIGHTED TO BRING TO YOU THIS OUTSTANDING L&L PROGRAM!

Julie Rubaud, owner of Red Wagon Plants, in Hinesburg, will share some of her experiences running a gardening business and herb farm over the past (almost) 30 years. She is a well known entrepreneur, a fascinating creative business woman, a connoisseur of gardening and plants, and a great contributor to our community.

In these dark days, what does the garden have to offer us?

*Julie will discuss some ways that plants, gardening, and cooking have enriched our community and how operating a plant nursery and herb farm and bake shop can create a bit of magic in all of our lives.

*Julie will demonstrate how to grow greens indoors in the winter, and how to use the short days ahead to our advantage come gardening season.

*She will also touch on some of her favorite winter reading, viewing and listening resources.

We will leave plenty of time for gardening questions.

Come and bring your friends to this wonderful presentation!
