Join Jewish Communities of Vermont (JCVT) for the 2026 Statewide Summit, a joyful statewide gathering bringing people together from across Vermont for a day of learning, creativity, and connection. Set against the beauty of Stowe, this will be our first in-person statewide Summit since 2019—and we’re excited to gather once again for a vibrant day rooted in Jewish culture, ideas, and community.

The Summit takes place at Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa and offers a full conference-style day designed for all ages and backgrounds. Explore engaging workshops, visit the artisans hall, enjoy a catered lunch, and wind down the day together with a campfire kumzitz (community singalong).

Our workshop lineup offers something for every interest—from Schtick! Why the Yiddish language is so funny, to the history of Jews in Vermont, the Jewish story behind the Great American Songbook, and explorations of earth-based Judaism and the rhythms of the Jewish calendar. You’ll also find sessions on Jewish creativity, interfaith family life, and Courageous Conversations, a space to explore diverse perspectives on Israel.

Families are warmly welcome, with children’s programming and activities throughout the day, making the Summit a place for everyone—from curious learners to lifelong community builders.
